One of our partner programs is expanding and we are seeking a unique skill set to meet their need. MaaXcloud will invest in you and provide the training you need to gain experience and knowledge working with Active Directory, email migrations, and develop your knowledge of popular email protocols including POP, IMAP, and Microsoft Exchange. This individual will provide a wide variety of customer care and technical support services for a wide variety of cloud products including online chat support, inbound phone support, management of help desk tickets, as well as reporting.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Québécois French, able to communicate technical concepts to Québécois French and English-speaking customers, and be passionate and excited about cloud technology.
A desire to provide a customer experience that is second to none.
Must be available to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
