Québécois French Speaking Cloud Technology Advisor

One of our Canadian partner programs is expanding and we are seeking a unique skill set to meet their need. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Quebecois French, able to communicate technical concepts to French and English speaking customers, and be passionate and excited about cloud technology. A desire to provide a customer experience second to none is the most important factor for success in this position. Mural will invest in you and provide the training you need to gain experience and knowledge working with Active Directory and Exchange, email migrations, and develop your knowledge of popular email protocols including POP, IMAP SMTP and Microsoft Exchange. This individual will provide a wide variety of customer care and technical support services for Microsoft Office 365, Google Apps, DropBox, and other cloud products including online chat support, inbound phone support, management of help desk tickets, reporting, and data entry.

• Potential to start work immediately. Full-time or part-time is available for this position and the shift starts at 7am Monday-Friday.
